This important meeting have been preparing by many divisions of Association of "Rosohotrybolovsojuz".

4-th championship of the world on catching the black perch in Italy.

 According to the calendar of the International Federation of Fishing Sports in Fresh Water, October 14-20, 2008 in Italy on the lake Garda 4-th Championship of the world on catching American largemouth black perch (bassa, in the international terminology) took place. Select team of Russia formed by Association of "Rosohotrybolovsojuz" was completed in the basic by the sportsmen of fishing club "Russian Bass-league" specializing on catching this fish. In Russia the fish isn’t occured in natural conditions, while in the world many prestigious international amateur and commercial competitions on catching bassa are held. The Russian sportsmen practising catching this fish regularly hold their own tournaments in Cyprus.
