
REGULATIONS FOR
the Mass Media Contest
for the Best Disclosure of Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz’s Activity
- 1. The main goal of the mass media contest for the best disclosure of Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz’s activity is the promotion of the advanced experience in the game husbandry, amateur and sports fishing and angling, hunting dog breeding, organization of rational hunting and fishing and compliance with the main hunting and fishing ethic regulations.
2. The contest was organized and conducted by the Central Council of Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz for mass media (radio, TV, printed press) during a calendar year.
- 2.1. No materials published in Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz’s printing office by the Alliance’s employees may be submitted for the contest.
- 3. Both individual and corporate authors may participate in the contest, as well as the editorial boards of the programs and publications disclosing the information about the activities of Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz and its regional public associations of hunting and fishings.
- 3.1. The publications shall be provided in original form or as distinct photocopies specifying the name and number of revision, the date of publication and the full name of the author(s).
3.2. When submitting the materials about radio and television programs, it is required to provide audio-, video or electronic media and specify the information channel, the name of a program (heading), the date and air time authorized by the author of such program (the managers of a radio/television broadcasting company) in the application.
- 4.1. The Committee shall examine the submitted applications, public speeches and publications in regional and municipal mass media for the period of the current year, while the examination results shall be subject to the approval of the Central Council.
4.2. When providing the examination and evaluation of the publications and programs, the Committee shall take into consideration the following: how completely and correctly do the submitted materials reflect the Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz’s activity and the activity of all its public associations (subject to the number of the participants involved and the quality of the activities conducted), including its full-time employees and community workers.
6. Winners from individual or corporate authors shall be selected in the nominations for the best publication (program) about the activity of the Alliance (regional public associations and their members) in the following areas:
- 6.1. rational hunting and maintenance of game husbandry;
6.2. amateur and commercial hunting;
6.3. wild life protection;
6.4. game breeding and wild animals settlements;
6.5. fish farming (fish culture);
6.6. sports fishing and angling;
6.7. amateur fishing and fishing tourism;
6.8. hunting dog breeding;
6.9. arranging sports and cultural events;
6.10. trophy capturing;
6.11. the activity of the Hunting and Fishing Museum of Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz.
8. Contest winners from individual or corporate authors shall be awarded diplomas or cash testimonials.
- 8.1. Cash testimonials for individual or corporate authors shall be established at the amount of 6 thousand rubles.
- 9.1. The amount of prizes for editorial boards shall be equal to 15 thousand rubles.
